Welcome to MINFINITY. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of minfinity.app, including tests, Mind Maps, learning resources, Community features, Orbit and Focus tools and other services made available through MINFINITY. By accessing or using MINFINITY, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

MINFINITY is an educational and examination-preparation platform offering services that may include:

• educational content;

• Mind Maps;

• objective tests;

• descriptive tests;

• typing practice;

• test analysis;

• learning tools;

• Community features;

• Orbit and Focus Sessions;

• free and paid educational resources.

In these Terms, “MINFINITY”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the educational platform and services available at minfinity.app. “You” and “user” refer to anyone accessing or using MINFINITY.

Some areas of MINFINITY may be browsed without an account. Certain features require authentication. Where authentication is required, you must use an account you are authorised to access and provide accurate information where requested. You are responsible for maintaining control of the account or authentication method used to access MINFINITY. You must not use another person's account without authorisation.

MINFINITY is intended for educational, learning and examination-preparation purposes. Content, test scores, rankings, percentile estimates, explanations, expected cut-offs, educational analysis or other information provided through MINFINITY do not guarantee:

• examination selection;

• marks;

• rank;

• admission;

• employment;

• financial benefit;

• any particular academic or professional outcome.

Users remain responsible for checking official notifications, rules, eligibility requirements, examination dates and other authoritative information issued by the relevant organisations.

MINFINITY may provide:

• free tests;

• paid tests;

• practice tests;

• scheduled tests;

• live tests;

• typing tests;

• descriptive assessments;

• Mind Maps;

• educational notes and other learning resources.

Scores, rankings, evaluations and analysis may depend on the applicable test configuration, available participant data and platform rules. MINFINITY may correct genuine errors in questions, answers, scoring, evaluation or educational material where appropriate. Educational content may also be updated, corrected or reorganised to improve accuracy or usefulness.

Where MINFINITY permits users to post questions, replies or other content, users must not submit material that:

• is unlawful or fraudulent;

• threatens, harasses or abuses others;

• infringes intellectual-property rights;

• contains malware or harmful code;

• consists of spam or deliberate disruption;

• attempts to compromise another account or the MINFINITY platform;

• impersonates another person or organisation.

MINFINITY may moderate, restrict or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law or reasonable Community standards.

Unless otherwise stated, MINFINITY's original:

• branding;

• user-interface designs;

• educational resources;

• Mind Maps;

• tests;

• questions;

• compilations;

• explanations;

• graphics;

• written material;

• platform features

are owned by or lawfully used by MINFINITY. Access to free or paid content grants you a limited right to use that content for your personal educational purposes. It does not transfer ownership of the content. Without permission, users must not:

• commercially redistribute MINFINITY content;

• resell paid resources;

• upload or circulate protected paid material;

• systematically copy or scrape protected content;

• bypass access controls;

• falsely represent themselves as MINFINITY;

• use MINFINITY branding in a misleading manner.

Third-party names, marks or materials remain the property of their respective owners.

MINFINITY may provide both free and paid services. Access to paid content may depend on:

• successful payment;

• an applicable access period;

• entitlement associated with the user's account;

• promotional access;

• manually granted access.

Access conditions may vary between products. Purchasing or receiving access to one product does not automatically provide access to every paid MINFINITY product unless expressly stated.

Where paid services are offered, transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. A purchase is treated as successful when the payment provider and MINFINITY's systems confirm the transaction. If payment is successfully debited but access is not granted, users should contact askminfinity@gmail.com with relevant transaction details. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refunds & Cancellation Policy.

MINFINITY aims to provide reliable access to its services. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruption may occur because of:

• maintenance;

• software updates;

• internet connectivity;

• hosting or infrastructure outages;

• third-party service failures;

• technical problems beyond reasonable control.

Where reasonably possible, affected services will be restored without unnecessary delay.

Users must not:

• attempt unauthorised access to another user account;

• attempt unauthorised access to Workspace or administrative systems;

• circumvent authentication or paid-access restrictions;

• interfere with servers, databases or security mechanisms;

• exploit vulnerabilities;

• intentionally overload the service;

• misuse automated tools to improperly extract protected content;

• use MINFINITY for unlawful purposes.

MINFINITY may reasonably restrict or suspend access where necessary to:

• protect users;

• protect the platform;

• investigate suspected misuse or fraud;

• enforce these Terms;

• comply with applicable law.

MINFINITY may depend on or provide links to third-party platforms or services. Such services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. MINFINITY is not responsible for services or websites that it does not control.

MINFINITY aims to provide useful and accurate educational material. However, educational information may occasionally contain errors, become outdated or require correction. Expected cut-offs, examination analysis, rankings, predictions and similar educational estimates should not be treated as official information. Users should verify important examination information from the relevant official authority. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

MINFINITY may improve, modify, add or discontinue features over time. These Terms may also be updated to reflect changes in the platform, services or applicable requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with the applicable updated date.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any rights available to users under applicable mandatory law remain unaffected.
