Refunds & Cancellation Policy

This Refunds & Cancellation Policy applies to paid digital products and services purchased directly through MINFINITY at minfinity.app. MINFINITY primarily provides digital educational content and online access that may become available immediately after purchase. Users should therefore review product details carefully before completing a purchase.

A refund request may be considered where:

• the same intended transaction was charged more than once;

• payment was successfully completed but purchased access was not assigned to the correct MINFINITY account;

• a persistent MINFINITY-side technical issue prevents access to the purchased product and MINFINITY is unable to restore that access within a reasonable period after the issue is reported;

• the purchased product is materially different from the description presented at the time of purchase;

• a refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

A request should ordinarily be submitted within 7 days of the relevant purchase or qualifying issue. Requests should be sent to: askminfinity@gmail.com Where available, please include:

• your MINFINITY account email;

• transaction or order identifier;

• product purchased;

• date of payment;

• explanation of the problem;

• relevant transaction or error evidence.

Providing complete information can help us review the request more quickly.

Except where required under applicable law or where an eligible refund circumstance applies, refunds will normally not be provided where:

• a paid test has already been materially attempted or submitted;

• substantial paid digital content has already been accessed or consumed;

• purchased access was correctly provided and the user later changed their mind;

• the wrong product was purchased despite the product being correctly described before payment;

• access has been restricted because of a serious violation of MINFINITY's Terms & Conditions;

• the refund request is submitted after the applicable request period without a qualifying reason.

Each genuine technical or payment issue may be reviewed on its circumstances.

If you are charged more than once for the same intended purchase, contact askminfinity@gmail.com with the relevant payment details. Verified duplicate charges may be eligible for refund.

A bank, UPI application, card provider or payment service may sometimes show a transaction as debited while the payment has not been successfully confirmed to MINFINITY. Such transactions may be automatically reversed by the applicable bank or payment provider according to their own processing timelines. If access remains unavailable after the transaction is confirmed as successful, please contact MINFINITY support.

Where a refund is approved, MINFINITY will normally initiate it through the original payment method where technically available. Once initiated, the time required for the refunded amount to appear may depend on:

• the payment provider;

• UPI service;

• bank;

• card network;

• other financial intermediary involved.

MINFINITY cannot control processing time after an approved refund has been handed to the applicable financial provider.

One-time digital purchases generally cannot be cancelled after access has already been delivered. If MINFINITY introduces recurring subscriptions in the future, applicable subscription cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase and this policy may be updated accordingly.

MINFINITY may update this policy as its products, payment methods or applicable requirements change. The latest version will be made available on this page with its updated date.
