This Privacy Policy explains how MINFINITY (“MINFINITY”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the educational platform available at minfinity.app, collects, uses, stores and protects information when you access or use our website and services. By using MINFINITY, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

When you sign in to MINFINITY using Google, we may receive basic account information made available through Google authentication, including:

• your name;

• email address;

• profile picture;

• Google account identifier required for authentication.

We use this information to create or identify your MINFINITY account, authenticate you and provide access to account-based features. MINFINITY does not currently request sensitive or restricted Google account scopes.

When profile or onboarding features are available, we may ask you to provide additional information such as:

• examination preferences or target examinations;

• learning preferences;

• mobile number, where voluntarily provided or required for a particular feature.

Where mobile verification is introduced, verification status may also be stored.

Certain technical information may be generated automatically when you use MINFINITY, including:

We may use information collected through MINFINITY to:

• authenticate users and maintain secure sessions;

• provide tests, Mind Maps, Community features, Orbit tools and other learning services;

• save learning progress and results;

• evaluate and improve MINFINITY;

• maintain security and prevent misuse, fraud or unauthorised access;

• respond to support or account requests;

• process and record purchases where paid services are offered;

MINFINITY does not sell personal information to advertisers.

MINFINITY uses Google OAuth to provide account authentication. When you select Continue with Google, Google processes the authentication request and provides MINFINITY with the account information permitted by the authentication scopes requested by the application. MINFINITY currently uses basic authentication-related information required to identify and sign users into their accounts. MINFINITY does not use Google account information for advertising purposes. Your interaction with Google is also subject to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

MINFINITY may use cookies, local storage or similar browser technologies where required for:

• authentication;

• keeping users signed in;

• application security;

• remembering preferences;

• maintaining application state;

• improving reliability and performance.
